Terms of service

Before Commissioning:
• Please provide a full detailed character reference sheet. You must have the rights or permission to use the character you provide.
• You must be 18 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian contact me first.
• I accept NSFW commissions, however, I do not take vore, inflation, scat, or gore. If you are unsure, feel free to send me a note on FurAffinity.
• I will NEVER take bestiality or under-aged NSFW commissions. Do not ask about it.Payment:
• Upon receiving the invoice, you are required to pay the full amount within 48 hours.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours, your commission slot will be forfeited.
• Please be sure you can afford the commission before filling out the commission form.
• I only accept payment through PayPal invoices. (USD)Edits and Revisions:
• Upon reaching the end of the sketching, colouring, and detail stages, you have 48 hours to reply, else the commission will move onto the next stage.
• During the sketching stage you will be provided a pose . If you do not like the sketch, additional sketches may be produced. These sketches will be additional charges of $10 usd per sketch.
• You are allowed 5 free revisions during the sketching stage. Any further changes are subject to an additional fee.
• Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch before moving onto the next stage. Once the colouring stage has started I will be able make 3 revisions, depending on the complexity of the pice.Shipping: For (Traditional Paintings Only):
• You are required to pay the cost of shipping with tax. The shipping cost will be included on your invoice.
• I am not responsible for loss or damage to your item. Tracking may be provided before shipping. You will be inquired about it before the item is shipped.Refunds:
• You are allowed to request a refund; however, it can only be done during the sketching stage. A refund of 50% will be provided. Any refund requests made after the sketching stage will be declined.
• If I am not able to finish your commission you will be contacted, and a full refund will be provided.
• I have the right to cancel your commission at any time if I feel uncomfortable working with you or feel I'm being harassed. A 50% refund will be provided if it's during the sketching stage.
• Please do not share invoices, private messages publicly on any social media platform, group chat or on the web. If you do so it is a breach of confidentiality and I have every right to cancel your commission.
• Charge backs will result in a ban from working with me in the future.Copyright:
• I have full copyright to my artwork.
• I am allowed to post the artwork publicly.
• I am allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes including art books and prints.
• You are NOT allowed to make any alterations to the artwork without my permission.
• You are NOT allowed to remove any watermarks or signatures.
• You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as your own.
• You are NOT allowed to use the artwork for any commercial purposes.
